本文分析了江西茶产业的特色优势和存在问题，进而从茶园质的提升与量的扩张、园艺栽培措施改进与推广应用机械化、传统产品创新和实有技术应用与人才资源开发、培育新型经营主体与构建新型社会化服务体系、品牌整合与市场营销、政策引导与支持6个方面，针对性地提出了加快江西荼产业全面升级的对策：提升茶园的质和扩张茶园的量并拳；改进栽培园艺与推广机械化并举；创新产品和推广实用技术与开发人才资源并举；培育新型经营主体与构建新型社会化服务体系并举；品牌整合与市场推广并举；政策引导与扶并举。

This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages and the existing problems of Jiangxi tea industry. Viewed from the tea quality promotion and the quantity expansion, the improvement of gardening cultivation measures and the spreading of ap- plication mechanization, the traditional product innovation and the practical technology application and the human resources development, the cultivation of new business entities and the construction of new social service system, the brand integration and marketing, and the policy guidance and supports, the paper puts forward the cotmtermeasures of accelerating the upgrades of Jiangxi tea industry, including improvement of tea quality and expansion of tea garden simultaneously; cultivation im- provement and mechanization promotion simultaneously; product innovations and practical technology promotion as well as human resource development simultaneously; cultivation of new business entities and construction of new social service system simultaneously; brand integration and market promotion simultaneously; and policy guidance and supports simultaneously.
