文章在结构学派SCP范式基础上加入制度因素形成ISCP分析范式，分别考察了影响中国蜂蜜行业出口的制度、市场、行为因素，并以产业出口国际竞争力衡量了1996—2012年蜂蜜出口绩效。研究发现：蜂蜜产业进入门槛较低且规模分散、出口市场集中度高但出口价格偏低、出口遭遇技术壁垒等原因使得中国蜂蜜产业国际竞争力由强转弱。行业绩效下滑。

This paper uses the Institution-Structure-Conduct-Performance （ISCP） paradigm to investigate the factors of institution, market structure, and firms＇ economic conduct that impact China＇s honey industry and uses the international competitiveness of industry export to measure the export performance of Chinese honey from 1996 to 2012. It indicates that the international competitiveness of Chinese honey industry is continually declining because of its low barriers to entry, diseconomies of scale, high concentration rates of export market, low export prices and technical barriers, etc.
