以重庆市璧山观音塘湿地公园的建设为实例说明城市湿地公园的重要作用，着重分析城市湿地公园受到公众和城市建设者普遍欢迎的生态设计理念。针对观音塘湿地公园景观生态设计，总结出城市湿地公园景观设计应遵循严格保护和恢复生物多样性、控制人为干扰、建设以生态学理论为指导、“以人为本”“天人合一”的生态设计理念，并且应遵循科学性、艺术性、文化性、实用性等原则。
이중경시벽산관음당습지공완적건설위실례설명성시습지공완적중요작용，착중분석성시습지공완수도공음화성시건설자보편환영적생태설계이념。침대관음당습지공완경관생태설계，총결출성시습지공완경관설계응준순엄격보호화회복생물다양성、공제인위간우、건설이생태학이론위지도、“이인위본”“천인합일”적생태설계이념，병차응준순과학성、예술성、문화성、실용성등원칙。
Taking the construction of the guanyin pond wetland park in Bishan of Chongqing as the example, this article illustrates the important role of the urban wetland parks, and emphatically analyzes the ecological design concept of the urban wetland parks which are very popular with the public and the city builders. In view of the landscape ecological design for the Guanyin pond wetland park, this article concludes that the landscape design for the urban wetland park should conform to the following ecological design concept： strictly protection and recovery of the biological diversity, control of the artificial disturbance, the construction taking the ecology theory as the guide, ＂people-oriented, nature and humanity. In addition, these principles such as the scientific, artistic, culture, practicability and so on should also be followed.
