在民营企业参与的背景下,公共文化服务供给绩效的提高离不开良好、和谐的政企关系。现阶段,我国公共文化服务中新型政企关系的构建需处理好三大特殊性问题,即民营企业的角色分野、中西方政企关系的区分、公共文化服务中的政企关系与一般政企关系的区别。
在民營企業參與的揹景下,公共文化服務供給績效的提高離不開良好、和諧的政企關繫。現階段,我國公共文化服務中新型政企關繫的構建需處理好三大特殊性問題,即民營企業的角色分野、中西方政企關繫的區分、公共文化服務中的政企關繫與一般政企關繫的區彆。
재민영기업삼여적배경하,공공문화복무공급적효적제고리불개량호、화해적정기관계。현계단,아국공공문화복무중신형정기관계적구건수처리호삼대특수성문제,즉민영기업적각색분야、중서방정기관계적구분、공공문화복무중적정기관계여일반정기관계적구별。
Based on the participation of private enterprises in public cultural service, the improvement of performance of public cultural service supply can not be separated from the good and harmonious relationship between government and enterprises. Three particular issues need to be clarified in lacalization of government- enterprise relationship of public cultural service, such as role distinction of private enterprises, distinction be- tween Chinese and western government-enterprise relationship, and distinction between general government-en- terprise relationship and the one in public cultural service.
