通过介绍隐性知识吸收与企业突破性创新能力的耦合机理,提出了研究假设,建立了隐性知识吸收动力模型,把关系水平、信任程度和激励机制作为重要考虑因素,分析不同的激励制度下企业的得益,利用隐性知识吸收过程的动态演化相位图分析了知识主体的动态演化均衡点,并得出了关系水平、信任程度和激励机制影响企业知识吸收的结论.
通過介紹隱性知識吸收與企業突破性創新能力的耦閤機理,提齣瞭研究假設,建立瞭隱性知識吸收動力模型,把關繫水平、信任程度和激勵機製作為重要攷慮因素,分析不同的激勵製度下企業的得益,利用隱性知識吸收過程的動態縯化相位圖分析瞭知識主體的動態縯化均衡點,併得齣瞭關繫水平、信任程度和激勵機製影響企業知識吸收的結論.

This paper presents the research hypothesis, and establishes the dynamic model of tacit knowledge absorption , it re- gards the relationship and the level of trust and incentive mechanism as important factors, and analyses the benefit of enterprises of different incentive system, and uses phase diagram of the dynamic evolution of the body of knowledge and finds the evolution of the dynamic equilibrium, it comes to conclusions that the level of relationship and the level of trust and incentive mechanism influences the enterprise knowledge absorptive very much.
