本文以问题解决情境理论为理论基础,从风险认知角度,通过实证研究探讨了公众食品安全风险认知与传播行为之间的关系.研究发现,我国公众对当前食品安全风险较为担忧,且容易出现影响传播行为的负向的乐观偏差,即悲观偏差;食品安全风险认知与食品风险传播行为关系密切以及食品谣言为什么容易产生的生成机制.
本文以問題解決情境理論為理論基礎,從風險認知角度,通過實證研究探討瞭公衆食品安全風險認知與傳播行為之間的關繫.研究髮現,我國公衆對噹前食品安全風險較為擔憂,且容易齣現影響傳播行為的負嚮的樂觀偏差,即悲觀偏差;食品安全風險認知與食品風險傳播行為關繫密切以及食品謠言為什麽容易產生的生成機製.

Using the situational theory of problem solving, this study investigates the relationship between food risk perception and communication behaviors of the public. The results suggest that the public are quite worried about the risk of food safety currently, and they are prone to show a re- versed optimistic bias (pessimistic bias) affecting communication behavior; the food risk perception is closely related to risk communication behavior, and more importantly, the results indicate why the food rumors are generated easily.
