以省区域供电成本最小化为目标,考虑资源、环境及发电技术的约束及不确定性,并考虑环境成本,建立了电源规划模型.并以H省为例,进行了模型求解、结果分析及情景分析.结果表明:模型较好地解决了区域电源规划问题,区间解提供了一定范围内的多种替代方案,可为相关决策者提供重要技术支持.

In this study, a regional power planning optimization model (RPPOM) is developed considering the environ- mental cost and the restriction of resource and environment, based on interval linear programming and mixed integer linear programming. Model is applied to a case study on the power planning in H province, and scenario analysis of environmental pollution control at different levels can also be tackled. Interval solutions associated with scenario of pollution control have been obtained. They can be used for generating decision alternatives and helping decision makers identify desired power poli- cies for power planning to meet the growth in electricity demand considering the constraints of resources and environment with a minimized system cost.
