中国高尔夫圈地现象是以高尔夫球场建设为由非法大量圈地,并寄希望通过高尔夫球场建设,实现其产业价值最大化的现象,是一个不可回避的社会问题.它的泛滥并非完全是市场选择的结果,而是我国现代化进程中的伴生现象,它引发的一系列社会问题是我国诸多社会失调现象交错的结果.运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,基于社会学视角,分析高尔夫圈地现象中凸显出的政府行为失范、利益冲突、贫富差距、资源浪费和环境破坏等一系列社会问题,阐明社会分化的加剧、现实利益的驱使、政府责任的缺失和媒介涵化的助推,是诱发我国高尔夫圈地现象屡禁不止的主要原因.研究认为：实现社会的均衡、推进责任政府的构建、维护公共空间的正义、注重代际公正的考量,应是矫治高尔夫圈地现象泛滥的重要路径;高尔夫运动的发展既要充分考虑大众的体育需求,又不以损害社会公正、破坏资源环境和牺牲子孙后代利益为代价,通过有效整合市场、政府与社会的力量,建构起更加公正、合理的管理运行机制,进而实现其可持续发展.

Golf＇ s enclosure phenomenon in China, which is characterized by maximizing the industry value with massively illegal enclosure under the name of constructing Golf course, is becoming an inevitable social problem. The widespread phenomenon is not only the cause of market economy＇ s choice, but the associated situation in the process of modernization. A series of problems triggered by enclosure is the consequence of social imbalance among different sec- tions. Employing the document and literature research, logical analysis, and based on sociological perspective, the authors interpreted many highlighted so- cial problems in golf＇ s enclosure phenomenon, such as the inappropriate behaviors of local government, the interest conflict, the gap between the rich and poor, waste of environmental resources and the destructions on environment; then, analyzed the causes of golf＇ s enclosure phenomenon from four aspects of intensified social differentiation, stimulation of interest, lack of responsibility and the boost of media acculturation. The research showed four major ways to rectify golf＇ s enclosure phenomenon： the realization of social equilibrium, the construction of government responsibility, the maintenance of spatial justice and the reflections on intergenerational justice. At the same time, the public sports needs should be fully considered in order to avoid impairing the social jus- tice, disrupting environmental resources and sacrificing the interest of our off-springs. It is necessary to effectively integrate the efforts among market, local government and the whole society so as to establish a fairer and more reasonable managing mechanism and promote sustainable development of golf in China.
