合理的产业结构和就业结构是我国经济持续健康发展的必要前提。通过对三次产业结构偏离度的分析，发现了我国就业结构调整滞后于产业结构调整这一事实；进一步利用相关系数矩阵、就业贡献率来考查三次产业的发展与我国就业的关系，得出第三产业对促进就业的重要作用这一结论；并考查TFP和DEEP对我国就业的影响，发现现阶段的技术进步和资本深化对劳动力产生了替代作用；最后，提出了促进劳动力流动和扩大就业的政策建议。
閤理的產業結構和就業結構是我國經濟持續健康髮展的必要前提。通過對三次產業結構偏離度的分析，髮現瞭我國就業結構調整滯後于產業結構調整這一事實；進一步利用相關繫數矩陣、就業貢獻率來攷查三次產業的髮展與我國就業的關繫，得齣第三產業對促進就業的重要作用這一結論；併攷查TFP和DEEP對我國就業的影響，髮現現階段的技術進步和資本深化對勞動力產生瞭替代作用；最後，提齣瞭促進勞動力流動和擴大就業的政策建議。

Rational industrial structure and employment structure is a necessary prerequisite for the sustainable and healthy development of China e- conomy. Through the analysis of Structural deviation, we get the answer that the structural adjustment of employment lags behind the industry. After examining the relationship between the three industrial and employment by using the correlation coefficient matrix and employment contribution rate, we find out that the tertiary industry play an important role on promoting the employment. Then examining the impact of TFP and DEEP,we find out that teehnical progress and capital deepening produce a substitution effect to labors. Finally, we propose the policy recommendations to facilitate la- bor mobility and increase employment.
