新生代农民工问题是我国传统农民工问题在新时期的延续、体现和发展。我国企业“用工荒”困境的突破和新生代农民工的高质量就业，除了户籍制度改革、社会保障制度的完善、教育与培训投入的提高等宏观政策举措外，亟需加强新生代农民工职业指导与可雇佣性开发。我国新生代农民工的职业指导与可雇佣性开发远远滞后于他们的成长和发展需求以及市场需求和职业要求，其困境的破解任重而道远，需要政府部门、市场力量、教育系统、社会力量、家庭单元等多元主体的全方位介入。

What is faced with the new generation of migrant workers is the continuation, manifestation and development of what is faced with the traditional one. The household registration system, social secur- ity system and increased costs of education all demand for strengthening of the career guidance and employ- ability for the new generation of migrant workers in order to get rid of labor shortage. The career guidance and employability lag far behind their development needs, market demand and job requirements. Hence, this demands the participation of government departments, market forces, social forces, educators and families.
