在深入分析并整理国内外学者关于组织冗余、公司治理、企业绩效关系的基础上，分析了关于组织冗余与企业绩效、公司治理与企业绩效、组织冗余与公司治理、公司治理在组织冗余与企业绩效间的中介效应等关系研究的进展以及不足，为提高企业绩效的理论研究及实践方式提供参考依据。
在深入分析併整理國內外學者關于組織冗餘、公司治理、企業績效關繫的基礎上，分析瞭關于組織冗餘與企業績效、公司治理與企業績效、組織冗餘與公司治理、公司治理在組織冗餘與企業績效間的中介效應等關繫研究的進展以及不足，為提高企業績效的理論研究及實踐方式提供參攷依據。
재심입분석병정리국내외학자관우조직용여、공사치리、기업적효관계적기출상，분석료관우조직용여여기업적효、공사치리여기업적효、조직용여여공사치리、공사치리재조직용여여기업적효간적중개효응등관계연구적진전이급불족，위제고기업적효적이론연구급실천방식제공삼고의거。
Based on a comprehensive analysis on domestic and abroad research on relatioship between organizational redundancy, corporate governance and enterprise performance, this thesis summarizes achievements and deficiency about the relationship between organizational redundancy and enterprise performance,corporate governance and enterprise performance, organizational redundancy and corporate governance,mediating effect of corporate governance between organizational redundancy and enterprise performance,so that this study can provide valuable reference for improvement of enterprise performance in theoretical research and practice.
