Industrial convergence provides a new perspective to the commercial development of historical and cultural blocks. Taking Anyang Wenfeng＇ s characteristic commercial district as an example, the paper puts forward the thoughts and ideas of developing business districts of historical and cultural block type, clear in direction and focus, so as to construct the basic path and frame of industrial development.
