采用文献资料法、访问调查法为主要研究方法，以我国少数民族妇女和少数民族传统体育文化为研究对象。通过研究，充分认识少数民族妇女在民族传统体育文化传承中的重要作用，使其得到各级政府的重视和世人的关注，确保少数民族妇女的合法权益。研究结论：我国少数民族妇女是少数民族传统体育文化传承的主体，积极有效地确保她们的社会地位，保护她们的经济权益和受教育的权利将是促进少数民族传统体育文化传承的有效途径；提出少数民族传统体育文化的传承模式，应以民族传统体育文化和少数民族妇女权益2者为保护客体的双重保护模式。

By using literature review and interview survey as main methods, this article analyzed China minority women and national traditional culture inheritance. Through the research, we can fully understand the important role of minority women in the inheritance of traditional national sports culture, get attention of government and people, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of minority women. There are two conclusions. One is that minority women are subjects to inheritance of the traditional sports culture, so the effective ways to protect and promote the minority traditional sports culture inheritance are ensuring their social status actively and effectively, protecting their economic rights and education rights. The other one is to present a dual protection mode which treated national traditional sports culture and minority women right as protect objects.
