采用学业自我效能感问卷和SCL-90症状自评量表对在江苏省学习的藏族初中生进行调查,探讨其学业自我效能感与心理健康的关系。结果表明:预科至初三学生的学习能力自我效能感无显著年级和性别差异,初三、初二学生的学习行为自我效能感存在显著年级差异,前者低于后者;初三与其他年级学生在自评症状各因子上存在极其显著差异;男、女学生在强迫和偏执两个因子上存在显著差异;高学业自我效能感者与低学业自我效能感者在人际敏感、抑郁两个因子上存在显著差异;学业自我效能感与心理健康存在较高正相关。
採用學業自我效能感問捲和SCL-90癥狀自評量錶對在江囌省學習的藏族初中生進行調查,探討其學業自我效能感與心理健康的關繫。結果錶明:預科至初三學生的學習能力自我效能感無顯著年級和性彆差異,初三、初二學生的學習行為自我效能感存在顯著年級差異,前者低于後者;初三與其他年級學生在自評癥狀各因子上存在極其顯著差異;男、女學生在彊迫和偏執兩箇因子上存在顯著差異;高學業自我效能感者與低學業自我效能感者在人際敏感、抑鬱兩箇因子上存在顯著差異;學業自我效能感與心理健康存在較高正相關。

A survey of Tibetan middle school students in Jiangsu was made to investigate the relation between their academic self-efficacy and mental health by using academic self-efficacy questionnaire and SCL- 90 self-rating symptom scale. The results show that 1) there is no difference of grade and gender in self- efficacy of learning ability among students from preparatory grade to the third grade; 2) there is a significant difference in self-efficacy of learning behavior between the third year students and those of the second year with the former lower than the latter ; 3) there is an extremely significant difference in factors of self-rating symptom between the third year students and those of other grades, and the difference between boys and girls in factors of obsess and paranoia is significant ; 4) there is significant difference in factors of interpersonal sensitivity and depression between high academic self-efficacy students and those of low academic self-efficacy; and 5) there is a rather high positive correlation between academic self-efficacy and mental health.
