本研究借鉴教育学、心理学相关理论知识,通过问卷调查和访谈等手段,对来自中亚三国的81位本土汉语教师的汉语水平、汉语教学策略和知识结构等进行了调研,以此为基础对中亚本土汉语教师的汉语知识结构与教学策略进行研究分析,以期为国家汉办汉语教学师资短期培训的模式和内容设计提供决策依据。
本研究藉鑒教育學、心理學相關理論知識,通過問捲調查和訪談等手段,對來自中亞三國的81位本土漢語教師的漢語水平、漢語教學策略和知識結構等進行瞭調研,以此為基礎對中亞本土漢語教師的漢語知識結構與教學策略進行研究分析,以期為國傢漢辦漢語教學師資短期培訓的模式和內容設計提供決策依據。

This paper makes a study of knowledge structure and teaching strategies of local Chinese teachers in Central Asia based on educational and psychological theories. An investigation was made about Chinese level, Chinese teaching strategies, teaching motivation and knowledge structure of 81 local Chinese teachers from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan through questionnaire, interviews and observation. Based on a statistical analysis, some representative and reliable conclusions have been made which can provide reference for National Office for Teaching Chinese in its decision making about model and content design of short-term Chinese teaching method training, so as to improve training effect.
