随着生态环境的日益恶劣，深化生态文明体制改革与生态文明制度建设成为一项时代性重大课题。我国经济发展模式的转变，要求林业资源型城市产业结构必须走向生态化。文章通过对《基于循环经济的林业资源型城市产业生态化发展研究》一书的研读，在指明其逻辑严密、现实针对性强等特征的同时，从资源型城市可持续发展能力评价体系、循环经济的基本视域、以发展替代产业从而减轻对资源压力三方面内容，展示该书的独特视角与创新性。

With the ecological environment worsening, deepening the reform of ecological civilization system and ecological civilization system construction have become a major topic of times. Transformation of China＇s econom- ic development model requires that industrial structure of forestry resource-based city must move towards ecology. This paper studies on the book 〈Research on the Development of Ecological Industry in the Forestry Resource- based Cities Based on the Circular Economy〉, points out its characteristic of logical rigour and strong pertinence. At the same time, this article demonstrates the unique perspective of book and strong innovation from three aspects： ability evaluation system of the resources city sustainable development of circular economy; the fundamental perspec- tive of circular economy; the development taking the place of industries so as to reduce the pressure on the resourc- es of these. 〈Research on the Development of Ecological Industry in the Forestry Resource-based Cities Based on the Circular Economy〉 is a positive exploration and significant attempt to our country city ecological civilization system construction.
