中国学生对英语学习的重视程度最大,学习成效却是最低的,这不仅大学外语教学需要改革,中小学的外语教学也需要和大学接轨。了解和掌握学习策略,使学生认识到学习能力并不是外语学习的最大障碍,而是学习策略的问题,因此将学习策略运用到大学外语教学与改革当中势在必行。文章主要阐述了外语学习策略研究现状和重要性,并对在大学外语教学中出现的问题,以及如何运用教学策略提高大学外语学习的有效性进行了探讨。

Most Chinese students pay the most attention to English learning, whereas their learning effectiveness is the lowest. Not only college foreign language teaching needs to reform urgently, but elementary and secondary schools also need to integrate with universities. Through understanding and grasping the strategy instruction, English learners can realize that the greatest obstacle to them is not learning ability, but the problem of learning strategies. Therefore, it is imperative to ap- ply English learning strategy instruction to coUege English teaching and reform. This paper mainly focuses on the research status and the importance of foreign language learning strategy instruction, the problems in college foreign language teach- ing, and how to apply learning and teaching strategies to increase the effectiveness of language learning.
