运用课堂观察和深度访谈等方法，探究课堂教学互动过程中教师对不同性别学生的关注问题。研究发现，即使在同样理想的教学环境中，不同性别学生的课堂学习与活动方式存在差异；教师在课堂活动中对不同性别学生的关注，亦存在较大差异；造成教师课堂关注差异的原因，除学生课堂行为方式的性别差异外，教师的性别认知差异与对以考试成绩为标识的学业成绩的追求亦在其列。在课堂师生互动过程中，男生成为教师给予更多关注的对象。

운용과당관찰화심도방담등방법，탐구과당교학호동과정중교사대불동성별학생적관주문제。연구발현，즉사재동양이상적교학배경중，불동성별학생적과당학습여활동방식존재차이；교사재과당활동중대불동성별학생적관주，역존재교대차이；조성교사과당관주차이적원인，제학생과당행위방식적성별차이외，교사적성별인지차이여대이고시성적위표식적학업성적적추구역재기렬。재과당사생호동과정중，남생성위교사급여경다관주적대상。
Using the methods of classroom observation and in-depth interview to explore the issue of the teacher＇s differential attention to boys and girls in class interaction, it is found that although in the same classroom with the same teacher, there are different classroom learning and activities between boys and girls, The teacher pays different attention to boys and girls during classroom activities. Besides the gender difference existing in the classroom activities of students themselves, teachers gender cognition and students performance in class also impact their differential attention to boys and girls, and the boys get more teachers attention during the class interaction.
