本文在分析了几种公共科技创新平台评价方式的基础上,阐述了绩效棱柱对于公共科技创新平台评价的适应性.采用层次结构,根据绩效棱柱五个维度上的逻辑递推关系筛选出KPI,建立指标评价体系和绩效执行进度的数学计算模型.针对所建立的模型,导入案例数据进行分析,实现了用量化的结果来反映公共科技创新平台的绩效状况.

Based on the analysis of several evaluation systems on public S&T platform, this study studies the adaptability of perform- ance prism. The KPI is screen out using hierarchy structure on account of the logical relationship of performance prism's 5 dimensions from the overall satisfaction degree. The paper establishes the mathematical model to construct indexes system and measure the progress of performance. On the basis of the model, the paper analyzes the results by importing actual data. The quantitative results show the performance of public S&T platform.
