近年来高技术产业在我国国民经济中的地位逐步提升，然而面对的国内外竞争压力也在不断增强，提高高技术产业竞争力势在必行。对我国高技术产业总体竞争力考察后发现，多年来我国高技术产业竞争力有明显提升，但是同国外先进国家相比仍存在很大的差距。
근년래고기술산업재아국국민경제중적지위축보제승，연이면대적국내외경쟁압력야재불단증강，제고고기술산업경쟁력세재필행。대아국고기술산업총체경쟁력고찰후발현，다년래아국고기술산업경쟁력유명현제승，단시동국외선진국가상비잉존재흔대적차거。
Over the years the position of high-tech industry in our national economy is promoted grad- ually, but due to the stronger pressure of competition domestically and abroad, it is necessary to im- prove the competitiveness of this industry. An investigation shows that although the competitiveness of this industry is promoted rapidly over the years, there is still a great gap compared with those of developed countries.
