《民族区域自治法》是中国特色社会主义法律体系的重要组成部分，是规范民族区域自治这一基本政治制度的宪法性法律文件，民族自治地方自治机关行使自治权以保障少数民族权益的基本规范，推动民族地区各方面事业发展的制度保障，多元一体的新型国家结构形式的制度标杆。为实现我国民族区域自治的可持续发展，必须在自身完善、下位法完善、体系完善和实施完善等方面狠抓落实。
《民族區域自治法》是中國特色社會主義法律體繫的重要組成部分，是規範民族區域自治這一基本政治製度的憲法性法律文件，民族自治地方自治機關行使自治權以保障少數民族權益的基本規範，推動民族地區各方麵事業髮展的製度保障，多元一體的新型國傢結構形式的製度標桿。為實現我國民族區域自治的可持續髮展，必鬚在自身完善、下位法完善、體繫完善和實施完善等方麵狠抓落實。
《민족구역자치법》시중국특색사회주의법률체계적중요조성부분，시규범민족구역자치저일기본정치제도적헌법성법률문건，민족자치지방자치궤관행사자치권이보장소수민족권익적기본규범，추동민족지구각방면사업발전적제도보장，다원일체적신형국가결구형식적제도표간。위실현아국민족구역자치적가지속발전，필수재자신완선、하위법완선、체계완선화실시완선등방면한조락실。
The Law on Regional Ethnic Autonomy is an important part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics that guarantees the lawful rights and interests of the minority peoples. Autonomous regions exercise the right of autonomy to impel the economic, political and cultural development of ethnic minbrity areas. The system of regional ethnic autonomy is the advanced model of state structure with pluralistic integration. To achieve the goal of sustainable development, the Law on Regional Ethnic Autonomy must henceforth perfect itself, the lower law, and the institutional and administrative systems.
