喀麦隆在教育管理上实行了分权制改革,但在改革过程中面临着行政管理体制、财政体制和教师管理制度等方面的严峻挑战。为此,喀麦隆政府提出要建立公开透明、科学合理的行政管理制度,重视资源的公平分配以及预算和支出的有效监控,建立和实施绩效标准,改善教师招聘制度与奖惩机制。
喀麥隆在教育管理上實行瞭分權製改革,但在改革過程中麵臨著行政管理體製、財政體製和教師管理製度等方麵的嚴峻挑戰。為此,喀麥隆政府提齣要建立公開透明、科學閤理的行政管理製度,重視資源的公平分配以及預算和支齣的有效鑑控,建立和實施績效標準,改善教師招聘製度與獎懲機製。

Cameroon implemented a decentralized reform in educational management. However, Cameroonian education system faces some challenges in the process of the reform such as administrative system, financial system and teacher management system. Therefore,the Cameroon government proposes to establish an public transparent administrative system, to ensure an equitable distribution of resources and effective monitoring of budgets and expenditure, to establish and implement benchmarks and standards for performance, to improve the sys- tem of teacher recruitment and incentives and sanctions. The main advantages of education management in Cameroon that are relevant for China's reference include the organizational system of school boards at all levels of schools, and the political participation of media, community and parents in education.
