经过近半个世纪的不断发展和完善,美国现已建立起一套比较完善的以制度保障健全、监测内容全面和评估标准明确为主要特色的“流动教育项目”监测与评估体系。反思国内当前的流动儿童教育实践,我国应加强监测与评估立法和构建监测与评估机制以完善流动儿童教育政策监测与评估体系。
經過近半箇世紀的不斷髮展和完善,美國現已建立起一套比較完善的以製度保障健全、鑑測內容全麵和評估標準明確為主要特色的“流動教育項目”鑑測與評估體繫。反思國內噹前的流動兒童教育實踐,我國應加彊鑑測與評估立法和構建鑑測與評估機製以完善流動兒童教育政策鑑測與評估體繫。

A relatively perfect system of monitoring and evaluation for American children's Migrant Education Program has been formed after half of century's development and improvement in the U.S. It is characterized of sound institutional guarantee, comprehensive content of monitoring and clear standard of evaluation. Reflecting upon the current practice of education for migrant children in China, we should strengthen the legislation and build the mechanism of monitoring and evaluation to improve the system of monitoring and evaluation of education policy for migrant children.
