文章通过建立与企业经营效率相关的投入产出指标体系，收集各个上市公司2012年公布的财务数据，应用数据包络分析（DEA）模型，对安徽省内14家高端装备制造产业内上市企业经营效率进行对比分析。研究结果表明，样本中DEA综合效率无效的企业有10家，经营效率投入产出平均综合效率、平均纯技术效率、平均纯规模效率分别为0。860、O．930、0．926.对结果进一步的投影分析表明：非DEA有效的上市企业存在着不同程度的投入冗余与产出不足，还需在统筹规划、技术创新、人才培养等方面予以改进。

Through establishing the input-output index system related to operational efficiency, the paper collected the finan cial data of the listed companies in the year of 2012, and applied the DEA method to carry out comparative analyses on the op erational efficiency of 14 listed companies of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province. The results show that there were 10 out of 14 companies, for whieh their DEA overall efficiency was ineffective, and the average overall efficien cy of input and output operational efficiency, average pure technical efficiency and average pure scale efficiency were 0.860, 0.930 and 0.926 respectively. Then through a further projection analysis, tile study finds that there we,＇e different degrees of in- put redundancy and output deficiency in these companies, they have to improve their performance in the following aspects： co-ordinate planning, technology innovation and human resources development, etc.
