基于诸多因素,中国移动通信市场发展的区域差异呈扩大趋势。文章依据27个省份的移动通信用户量面板数据.运用SFA(Stochastic Frontier Analysis)模型,进行实证分析,揭示各区域移动通信市场的分布格局、发展差异及影响因素。研究发现人均可支配收入和网络容量是影响通信市场的用户规模和通信产业区域协调发展的最重要因素,产业结构和教育水平等次之。为运营商制定开发策略、政府制定促进通信产业结构升级以及区域协调发展的政策提供启示。

The spatial variation of China' s mobile communications market is expanding in view of many factors. This article makes an empirical analysis, by applying SFA (Stochastic Frontier Analysis)model, on the basis of the panel data of mobile communications users from 27 provinces, and reveals regional distribution pattern, development differences and influencing factors of mobile communications market. The research shows that per capita disposable income and the network capacity are the most important factors of user scale and the coordinated development of regional communications industry, industry struc ture and level of education rank the second. Then the study provides enlightenments for operators to formulate development strat egy and for the government to enact policy for promoting the upgrading of communications industry structure and the coordinat ed development of regional communications market.
