毛泽东是伟大的马克思主义者，一生重视学习和研究中国的传统文化，并从传统文化中汲取了大量营养。毛泽东的政治思想、哲学思想以及军事思想、文学思想都饱含着中国传统文化的精髓，使得毛泽东的思想观点和作风有着浓郁鲜明的中国特色和中国气派，从而为推进马克思主义中国化，创立毛泽东思想提供了条件与可能。

Mao Zedong, a great Marxist, devoted his lifetime to the study and research of traditional Chinese culture, from which he drew a large amount of nutrients. Mao Zedongg thoughts on politics ,military, philosophy, and literarture are full of the essence of Chinese traditional culture so that the ideas and style of Mao Zedong have a rich embodiment of Chine- ses characteristics and style. Thereby, they provide the condition and possibility for the sinicization of Marxism as well as the establishment of Mao Zedong thought.
