基于浙江省高等职业院校2011届毕业生的调查数据,就人力资本和社会资本特征变量对毕业生就业时间、起薪、毕业一年后月收入、就业稳定性、就业部门和就业满意度的影响进行了实证研究。研究发现:人力资本特征变量中,性别对就业稳定性、就业部门、就业满意度无显著性影响,就读专业属性对就业部门、就业满意度无显著性影响,担任学生会干部和获得奖学金情况对起薪无显著性影响,其他人力资本特征变量对六大就业特征均有着不同程度的显著性影响;社会资本特征变量中,除父母一方最高教育水平对起薪、毕业一年后月收入、就业时间、就业稳定性无显著性影响外,其他社会资本特征变量对六大就业特征均有着不同程度的显著性影响。

Based on the survey data from some vocational college graduates of 2011 in Zhejiang province, the paper carried out an empirical study on the effect which caused by human capital and social capital on the graduates' employment time, starting salary level, monthly income level in the second year of employment ,stability of employment ,employment sectors and job satisfaction . It reveals as follows: among the characteristic variables of human capital, gender has no significant effect on stability of employment, employment sectors and job satisfaction; the attributions of major has no significant effect on employment sectors and job satisfaction; acting as a student cadre and obtain a scholarship have no significant effect on starting salary; however, other characteristic variables of human capital have different levels of significant effects on the six features of employment. It also shows that the characteristic variables of social capital have different levels of significant effects on the six features of employment except that the highest educational level of parents has no significant effect on the graduates' employment time, starting salary level, monthly income level in the second year of employment and stability of employment.
