经济全球化浪潮使各国企业面临着更加激烈的竞争环境,以创新能力为主体的核心竞争能力决定着企业生存空间的大小和经营绩效的优劣。在我国企业创新研究中,多数研究者虽然关注了各因素对企业核心竞争能力的影响,但并未将这些因素作为一个互动的整体,研究其与创新能力之间的关系模式,对企业持续、高效的整体创新缺乏全面系统的指导作用。本研究将基于10家高科技企业的多案例研究,探讨企业技术创新过程各驱动要素之间的协同机制和动态变化过程,以及创新驱动要素协同与构建企业创新能力匹配的整合模型。

The economic globalization has made the enterprises all over the world face a more fierce competi- tive environment. Under this circumstances, as the innovation ability is the main core competencies, it determines the enterprises' living space and the operational performance. Innovation is seemed to be more and more important in the survival and development of the enterprises throughout the world, especially to the high-tech enterprises. In the studies of our country enterprise innovation, most researchers have been expressing the importance of innovation, but they always focus on the factors influencing the core competencies of enterprises, and few has made all these factors as an interactive as a whole, and studied its relation mode with innovation abilities. On the other hand, few has stud- ied that it lacks a comprehensive directive function to the enterprises' continuous efficient whole innovation. As is known to all, innovation is the systematic and dynamic enterprise behavior but not exist in isolation. For this reason, we do this multi-cases study,based on 10 high-tech enterprises,from a systematic and dynamic perspective, to ex- plore the collaboration mechanism and the dynamic changing process among all the driving factors of the enterprises technology innovation, and establish the matching model between innovation driving factors collaboration and innova- tion abilities building. First, we raised the reason why we need to do this research, how to propose this question and the underlying meaning. Then, after summarizing famous and important previous studies about innovation ability the- ory,innovation process theory and innovation factors collaboration theory, we have introduced the details and the progress of our survey. In the main part of our study, we used the content analysis method and event coding method to deeply analysis all the events and stories of the original data. Our study proposes that enterprise technology inno- vation can be divided into three phrases, including idea generation, transformation, and diffusion, and the factors col- laboration of the enterprises innovation and abilities building model presents dynamically changes through these three phrases. In the idea generation phrase, the collaboration between the factors of R&D and market has a positive effect on the technology innovation performance. Correspondingly, enterprises' technological absorptive capacity, strategy formulation, strategic coordination capacity and marketing abilities play a decisive role during this stage. In the second phrase of problem solving and technological development, that is the idea transformation phrase, the col- laboration between the technical-and non-technical factors influence technology innovation performance positively according to our study results, while internal coordination ability and technology integration capability play a decis- ive role in the process of organization design. In the last phrase, that is to say the idea diffusion phrase, collaboration between internal and external factors has a positive impact on the technology innovation performance, as the factors coordination ability is identified as one of the most important elements in the organization design process. Having a- nalysised the useful and relevant information and data in our survey,we proposed these four propositions above men- tioned, through which we have successfully established the matching model between innovation driving factors col- laboration and innovation abilities building. Unlike the past studies, in which scholars often see innovation as a short-time action but not a long-time process, this study we lay stress on the dynamic and systemic of the innovation process, and innovatively take multi-cases method to realize the original value of our beginning research question. Of course, case study has its subjectivity, and this study is no exception, even though we have strictly followed all the rules and procedures this method requires. Future research has to pay attention to this point, and gain much more samples and data to improve the reliability and universality in this field. Meanwhile, future research could use ques- tionnaire and statistical sampling method to verify and supplement our results.
