Coordinating the distribution of benefits be- tween households in different floors is the key to crack the diffi- culty existing in installing elevators to existing residence. Based on the principles of interest equalization, compensation sharing and compensation moderating, this essay builds up the model which provides the scientific idea to formulate the standard theo- retically. It explains the application process of the model based on the field research, and the application results show that the model has realistic feasibility and universal applicability.
