在“以市场换技术”为特征的合资时代,中国汽车内资企业依托国内庞大的市场,通过中外合资企业的技术扩散和溢出效应,在中国市场上扮演着越来越重要的打造自主品牌的角色,日益成为中国“以市场换技术”的真正主体。中国汽车产业后合资时代显现出与“合资时代”显著不同的新特征,如政府政策转向支持自主创新、内资企业与合资企业从“错位经营”转向正面竞争、企业战略重点从国内市场转向统筹国际国内两个市场、企业创新路径从“以市场换技术”转向融入全球创新体系等。面对中国汽车内资企业内外部环境诸多新的机遇与挑战,本文提出中国汽车内资企业在后合资时代发展的对策和建议。
在“以市場換技術”為特徵的閤資時代,中國汽車內資企業依託國內龐大的市場,通過中外閤資企業的技術擴散和溢齣效應,在中國市場上扮縯著越來越重要的打造自主品牌的角色,日益成為中國“以市場換技術”的真正主體。中國汽車產業後閤資時代顯現齣與“閤資時代”顯著不同的新特徵,如政府政策轉嚮支持自主創新、內資企業與閤資企業從“錯位經營”轉嚮正麵競爭、企業戰略重點從國內市場轉嚮統籌國際國內兩箇市場、企業創新路徑從“以市場換技術”轉嚮融入全毬創新體繫等。麵對中國汽車內資企業內外部環境諸多新的機遇與挑戰,本文提齣中國汽車內資企業在後閤資時代髮展的對策和建議。

In the joint venture era of exchanging market for technology, Chinese domestic automobile enterprises imported technologies by forming joint venture enterprises with foreign companies, took advantages of the enormous domestic market, played more and more important roles of creating their own brands and slowly transitioned into the main players of exchanging market for technology. In the post joint venture era, Chinese automobile industry demonstrated distinctively different characteristics. For example, government policies transitioned into supporting independent innovations; local Chinese enterprises and the joint ventures transitioned into direct competition rather than competing in lower end and higher end markets, respectively; strategies transitioned from focusing only in the local market to expanding into both domestic and foreign markets; and inno- vations transitioned from exchanging market for technology to globalization. This article provides recommendations and strategies for the Chinese automobile enterprises to face multiple opportunities and challenges both domestically and interna- tionally.
