通过分析建材产业高污染、产能过剩、低效益的动因,探讨了产业链生态循环增效机理及其发展模型。在此基础上,本文主张构建产业链资源延伸利用、能源互补利用、物质能量循环再生利用及高新技术综合应用机制,形成产业链内部生产资源要素、外部公共管理要素共生耦合的生态运行机制,依照自然生态系统中的生产者、消费者及分解者的分类构筑物质能量信息互补利用的闭合回路,利用生态高新技术的超常潜力来实施建材产品清洁生产,节能降耗减排,提高质量并降低成本,化解产能过剩的矛盾,促进建材产业经济效益与生态效益可持续增长。

Based on analyzing the causes of high pollution, excess capacity and low efficiency of the building materials industry and exploring the synergistic mechanism of ecological cycle of the industry chain and its development mode, the paper proposes to build the mechanism of resource extension utilization, energy complementary utilization, recycling utilization of material and energy and comprehensive high -tech application for the industry chain as to form the ecological operation mechanism gen- eratively coupled with internal production resource elements and external public management elements of the chain. In ac- cordance with the classifications of producers, consumers and decomposers of the natural ecosystem, it builds the closed loop with the complementary utilization of material and energy information, uses the ecological high technologies to implement the clean production of building materials products, conduct energy conservation and consumption reduction, improve the quality and reduce the cost as to resolve the contradiction of excess production capacity and promote the sustainable growth of eco- nomic and ecological benefits of the building materials industry.
