协同型绩效评价体系使绩效评价体系各个环节的关键业务信息置于“决策点”上,从而跨越绩效管理的新边界,是真正实现绩效评价与企业战略目标动态对接的前提和依据。本文从协同理论与绩效评价系统功能与作用机理出发,构建基于移动互联网技术的协同型绩效评价体系,采用T检验和验证性因子分析法,寻找影响协同型绩效评价体系的关键因素,以期准确定位,支持平台的全面建设,确保移动互联网技术绩效评价体系协同功能充分发挥。

The synergistic performance evaluation system makes all aspects of critical information placed in the decision point, striding to new boundaries of performance management, realizing the dynamic linking between performance evaluation and strategic ob- jectives of the enterprises. According to the synergistic theory and the function & mechanism of performance evaluation sys- tem, this article attempts to build a multi - level index system of influencing factors on the synergetic performance evaluation system via mobile internet, assessing the key factors of synergistic effects by T test and confirmatory factor analysis as to locate accurately the overall construction of the supporting platform and give full play to synergistic effects of performance evaluation system via mobile internet.
