数字图书馆是顺应时代需求的产物,其基本职能和属性,即收集、整理、传播信息的功能并未发生改变,但作为社会公共信息文化基础设施,数字图书馆充分实现和发展了其社会职能,不但是信息基础设施的一部分更是社会文化基础设施不可或缺的组成部分.作为社会文化事业的数字图书馆,对于数字文化的传播与发展起到了不可替代的作用.

The digital library is the product to conform to the requirements of the times, and its basic functions and properties, namely to collect, collate and disseminate information, have not changed.
