采用系统动力学理论，立足社会经济发展、国家产业政策调整、投资方式转变视角，对煤化工产业的人才需求进行预测。结果表明，所建立的动态模型能够较好地模拟山西省煤化工产业人力资源需求趋势，并能合理预测未来的人才需求状况，对煤化工产业相关专业人才队伍的建设具有现实意义。

This paper adopts the system dynamms theory toconomic environment, changes in national policy and changesresearch, based on the perspectives ot the soclo - e-of investment to forecast the talent needs of the coalchemical industry. The results showed that the establishment of a dynamic model can simulate the demand trends ofhuman resource of the coal chemical industry in Shanxi province, and reasonably forecast the talent demand condi-tions of future. It has the practical significance to the building of professional team in Shanxi coal chemical indus-try.
