基于369户随机分层抽样调研数据，通过联立方程处理内生性问题，分析该补贴与农户采用技术行为之间相关关系和补贴目标的定位。提出技术采用是该补贴政策的首要目标，是同时实现增产、增收目标的前提。研究发现，技术采用的补贴边际效应是0．17，随着补贴标准的提高，补贴边际效应以更大幅度增加，说明补贴是一个有力的政策工具。应从纳入到环保补贴、补贴持续化、农机具研发和培训等方面提高技术采用率。

The paper analyzes the relationship between the subsidy and techmcal adoption, ana location oi sun-sidy＇ aims, using a simultaneous equation model for treating the endogeneity problem, based on 369 stratified ran-dom sampling survey data. The paper proposes a different thought that technical adoption goal is primary, the prem-ise of simultaneous achievement of the production and income goals. The results showed that the marginal effect oftechnology adoption subsidies is 0. 17, the subsidy changed more largely as the subsidy standards improved, indica-ting that subsidy policy was powerful. To improve technical adoption, the measures are incorporating the subsidy in-to the environmental subsidies, continuing the subsidy policy, researching farm machinery and training the farmers.
