采用教学实验、数理统计等研究方法,就功能性力量训练对青少年身体素质的影响做实证研究.结果显示,10周功能性力量训练能够显著增强其力量、爆发力、柔韧等身体素质.功能性力量训练是一种安全、有益的健身方式,将其融入青少年体育课堂教学具有很高的推广价值.

With the method of teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, it tested the effects of functional strength training over the physical fitness in adolescent. The results showed that 10 week' s functional strength training could significantly improved their strength, power and suppleness. Meanwhile functional strength training is a safe, beneficial fitness means. Therefore, it is worthwhile to incorporate functional strength training into the junior high school' s physical education curriculum.
