低碳农业是高效率、低能耗、低排放的现代农业。发展低碳农业是应对气候变化，实现农业可持续发展的必然选择。文章在借鉴国内外低碳农业发展成功经验的基础上，分析了西安低碳农业发展取得的成就及存在的主要问题，提出了加快西安低碳农业发展的措施。
低碳農業是高效率、低能耗、低排放的現代農業。髮展低碳農業是應對氣候變化，實現農業可持續髮展的必然選擇。文章在藉鑒國內外低碳農業髮展成功經驗的基礎上，分析瞭西安低碳農業髮展取得的成就及存在的主要問題，提齣瞭加快西安低碳農業髮展的措施。
저탄농업시고효솔、저능모、저배방적현대농업。발전저탄농업시응대기후변화，실현농업가지속발전적필연선택。문장재차감국내외저탄농업발전성공경험적기출상，분석료서안저탄농업발전취득적성취급존재적주요문제，제출료가쾌서안저탄농업발전적조시。
Low carbon agriculture is modern agriculture, which based on low power consumption, low pol- lution, low-emission. Developing low-carbon agriculture is the inevitable choice to combat climate chmlge and realize the sustainable development of agriculture. This paper analyzes domestic and foreign develop- ment of low carbon agriculture successful experience, analyzes achievements and the main problems exist- ing in the development of low carbon agriculture in Xi~an, and puts forward some countermeasures to ac- celerate the development of low carbon agriculture in Xi＇an.
