目前国内全日制专业学位研究生教育的历史很短,培养模式还很不成熟。文章从实践课程教学、专业实践基地建设、双导师模式、专业实践过程管理机制及考核指标体系、学位论文管理等全过程,创新研究全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式,构建实践能力培养体系,并应用于建筑与土木工程专业学位研究生培养方案,收到了较好效果。

The history of the education for full-time professional postgraduates in China is short and training systems are not perfect. We proposed a practical ability training system for full-time professional postgraduates from aspects of course teaching, construction of professional practice base, double-supervisor mode, assessment indicators and management of practice process, and management of dissertations. The training system was applied in architecture and civil engineering specialties and good teaching effects were achieved.
