针对目前工科院校专业教师实践能力相对薄弱的现状,分析原因,并结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》和“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的相关要求,提出在学校制度保障前提下,通过专业教师到企业锻炼、聘任企业技术人员兼职、利用实验室及实训基地以及专业教师实践能力考核相结合的培训模式,以提高专业教师实践教学技能。
針對目前工科院校專業教師實踐能力相對薄弱的現狀,分析原因,併結閤《國傢中長期教育改革和髮展規劃綱要》和“卓越工程師教育培養計劃”的相關要求,提齣在學校製度保障前提下,通過專業教師到企業鍛煉、聘任企業技術人員兼職、利用實驗室及實訓基地以及專業教師實踐能力攷覈相結閤的培訓模式,以提高專業教師實踐教學技能。

Aiming at current status that the practical ability of professional teachers in technological colleges and universities is relatively weak, the caused reasons were analyzed. Combined with "National Outline of Medium to Long Term Educational Reform and Development Planning" and relevant requirements of "Excellent Engineer Training Program" established by the Ministry of Education, an integrated training mode was proposed to improve the practical ability of teachers according to the system of universities. Specific measures were presented including training professional teachers in enterprises, employing technical personnel as part-time professional teachers, using laboratory and practical training base, and assessing professional teachers' practical ability.
