文章认为，默会知识论持一种有别于传统的知识观，这体现在知识的连续统一性、过程性、主客观统一性和嵌入性等方面。波兰尼的默会认识的动态结构阐述由默会知识到明述知识转化的动态过程，野中郁次郎或许就是从这一点受到启发，从而提出关于组织知识创造的SECI模型。另外，文章分别从宏观角度和微观角度提出默会知识转移和转化的新模型。

This paper believed that the theory of tacit knowledge persisted a kind of perspective of knowledge which was dif- ferentiated from the orthodox perspective, which embodied in continuum, process, the unity between subjectivity and objectivity, and embedability. Polanyi＇s dynamic structure of tacit cognition had stated the dynamic process from tacit knowledge to expliei： knowledge, and Nonaka was inspired by this point and proposed the model of SECI regarded to organization knowledge creation. Moreover, this paper put forward new models of the transfer and transformation of tacit knowledge in macro perspectives and micro perspectives separately.
