After the development in nearly 10 years, the service of Documents Delivery and Interlibrary Loan has become the essential one through which the users in universities to get academic information. Those questions that whether the users satis- fied with this service, whether we met the demands from our users and what the users＇ reading habits are are the ones for we to an- swer by the investigations in users, the analysis of their demands and the understanding of their behaviors.
