威客作为新一代Web2．0应用，是知识经济时代发展的产物，为知识服务价值化发展提供了新的方向。威客知识服务质量直接影响了知识共享、创新的效率，因此，基于社会资本论和计划行为理论，并结合前人相关研究成果，本文以盈利型威客知识服务形成机制为切入点，从寻客、威客平台、威客以及知识成果4个维度对我国盈利型威客知识服务影响因素进行深入细致的分析，发现寻客需求、平台服务资源、威客素养及知识效益等因素都将对其产生影响。最后提出盈利型威客知识服务优化策略，如提升寻客积极性、完善平台运行管理机制，以期提高威客知识服务水平，推动知识经济的发展。

As the new application of generation Web2.0, Witkey, as the product of knowledge economy development, J provides a new direction for the development of valuation of knowledge service. Witkey＇s knowledge service quality will influence knowledge sharing and innovation efficiency, so based on the social capital theory and theory of planned behavior, this paper took the formation mechanism of knowledge service of profit - oriented witkey as the starting peint, clarifying seeker, Witkey platform, Witkey and knowledge achievement as the research perspectives. It analysed the influence factors of knowledge service of profit- oriented Witkey from these four points of view, finding that knowledge service of Witkey is influenced by several factors such as the seeker demand, the service resources of Witkey platform, the quality of Witkey and the social effectiveness of knowledge. And then proposed the targeted optimization strategy still from the four point of views, such as improve the enthusiasm of the seeker, perfect the operation, so as to improve the knowledge service level of profit - oriented Witkey, promoting the development of knowledge- based economy.
