Improvement of the internal assessment mechanisms is the effective way to improve universities＇ teaching quality. Shaoguan university has formed the self-evaluation system which suitable for itself, that includes clarifying the evaluation target and using the evaluation result and the evaluation guarantee system which includes evaluation institute ,information collecting ,experts and the feedback of the result.
