教学目标的科学设计直接关系着学校教育教学质量的高低。针对当前教学目标设计普遍存在随意、盲目和经验性等问题,必须正确理解和认识三个基本问题:厘清三级目标在教育系统中的层次与逻辑关系;厘清三维目标在学科课程中的呈现与相互关系;厘清三维目标在学科教学中的具体落实与表述方法。

Scientific design of the teaching objectives is directly related to the teaching quality. Considering many problems exist in various designs of teaching objectives at present such as being random, aimless, and empirical, three basic problems must be realized and understood so that we can get out of the misunderstanding on designs of teaching aims, that is, to clarify the three-dimensional objectives in education system and the logical relationship to clarify the three-dimensional objectives in the presentation of the curriculum and the relationship between them, and to clarify concrete implementation and statement of the three-dimensional objectives in teaching.
