目的:测试中国优秀皮划艇运动员3个月系统训练1 000m运动成绩和肺功能指标,探讨、分析它们的相关关系,为有效指导皮划艇运动项目的训练和选材提供理论基础.方法:以10名中国优秀皮划艇运动员为测试对象,系统训练周期为3个月,分别在训练开始前、训练1个月后和训练结束后三次测量运动员的运动成绩和肺功能指标.结果:1)经过3个月系统训练,前500 m(F=11.837,P=0.000)、后500 m(F=5.669,P=0.009)和全程1 000 m(F=10.175,P=0.001)的运动成绩均表现出了显著性的提高;2)经过三个月系统训练后,最大摄氧量由4.86 L/min升高到5.79 L/min,相对最大摄氧量有53.16ml/min·kg升高到65.62 mL/min·kg,最大摄氧量(F =5.003,P=0.014)、相对最大摄氧量(F =11.481,P=0.000)均表现出了显著性的提高;3)最大摄氧量与前500 m和全程1000m的运动成绩具有显著的负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.421和-0.385.结论:1)3个月系统训练可有效地提高皮划艇运动员的运动成绩和气体代谢指标;2)最大摄氧量指标与皮划艇运动员的运动成绩呈现低相关关系.

Objective: To test the effects of three months' training in the 1 000 m sports scores and lung function indicators of Chinese canoeists, and analyze their relationship in order to provide theoretical basis for effective guidance of training and selection in canoeing sports. Methods: 10 Chinese canoeists as the test object, system training period of 3 months. Respectively, before the start of training, training a month and after three month, athletic pertbrmence and the indexes of lung function should be tested. Results : 1 ) After three months of systematic training, the sports scores of former 500m ( F = 11. 837, P = 0. 000) , after 500 m (F=5. 669,P =0. 009) and entire 1 000 m (F = 10. 175,P =0.00! ) were significantly improved. 2) After three months of systematic training,maximal oxygen uptake increased from 4.86L/rain to 5.79IJmin, and relative maximal oxygen uptake has been increased from 53. 16ml/min · kg to 65.62ml/min · kg. Maximum oxygen uptake ( F = 5. 003, P = 0. 014) and relative maximal oxygen uptake ( F = 11. 481, P = 0. 000 ) showed a statistically significant improvement. 3) Maximal oxygen uptake and exercise performance throughout the former 500 m and the entire 1 000 m has a significant negative correlation ,and the correlation coeffieient was - 0. 421 and - 0. 385, respectively. Conclusions: 1 ) After the systematic training of three months, athletic performance and metabolic indicators of the objects have been improved. 2) The maximum oxygen uptake and the athletic performance has low correlation.
