当前国内外学者对抗逆力在青少年抵御危机方面有充分的肯定和认识,但抗逆力的另一种表现形式——隐性抗逆力（高危青少年通过各种问题行为实现的抗逆力）,学界和实践工作者认识不够.文章从隐性抗逆力的视角认为,高危青少年的问题行为是他们应对危机舒缓压力、展示力量获得认同、表达话语权和自主权的方式,并提出通过挖掘问题行为背后的抗逆力,运用问题行为中的正向因素,用常规途径替代非常规途径等介入策略来对高危青少年问题行为进行干预.
