“动量”的概念是游泳理论中的另一个问题。本研究的目的是综合评估游泳选手的专项技术和身体素质。受试者为健将级选手和体校中15~16岁专业游泳选手。研究方法包括使用了电子测力记录仪来测定游泳选手的划水动作。游泳选手划水动作记录装置是首次在这些研究中使用。游泳选手在自由完成练习时实施电子测力的平行研究。一名游泳选手系上绳索完成游泳练习,对如下参数进行了分析:力量特征、速度-力量特征、力量耐力、游泳技术(基于协调系数的计算)。根据这些数据的综合评价结果.确定出游泳选手的身体素质水平。一名选手在不同阶段划水动作的力量和时间特性首次以图像和表格的形式呈现出来,这是研究外部动力特征和流体动力学的新方法。该研究使人们能够识别一次划臂中“动量”的定量指标,而这在竞技游泳教科书中还仅是一个理论基础。在未来的研究中,研究人员还将就更多的细节问题做进一步的研究。

The concept of "momentum" is another problem in the swimming theory. The purpose of the present research was the integral assessment of special technical and physical fitness of swimmers. The subjects were swimmers of the categories of candidate masters, masters of sport aged 15-16 years of the specialized children's sport school "Yunika" in Chelyabinsk. The research methods included electronic dy namometry and recorder of rowing movements of swimmers. The device recorder of rowing movements of swimmers was applied for the first time in these studies. Swimmer was swimming free. Parallel studies of electronic dynamometry were conducted. A swimmer made swimming movements on a leash. The follow- ing parameters were analyzed:strength characteristics, speed-strength characteristics, strength endurance, swimming technique (based on the calculation of the coordination coefficient). According to the results of the integrated assessment of the data the level of swimmer's fitness was determined. In the present work quantitative strength and temporal characteristics of a rower were first presented, allocated in phases, combined in the graphical and tabular forms, which is a new approach in the study of external dynamic characteristics.locomotor movementsin the water. The study enabled to identify quantitative indicators of "monaentum" in a stroke, while in competitive swimming textbooks this aspect has only a theoretical foundation. In future studies the researchers are going to study the process in more detail.
