战国时期道家重要著作《鹖冠子》蕴含着丰富的教育思想.在哲学起点上,将道的规律性与具体物质载体联结起来,强化了道作为规律的客观实在性,将天视为具有本体价值的自然实体,纳气入道使道家思想更具理性光彩.在五正论基础上,指出教育的主要功能是穷天道至理,扬人性至善,提心神修养,求政治清明.教育的核心内容是“九道”,在模式上强调理解精义、学用结合、注重熏陶.在人才选拔任用上以“五至”分类,强调功德兼备.

＂ He Guanzi＂ is an important book of Chinese Taoism during the Warring States Period. This paper first sketches the philosophical ideas of ＂He Guanzi＂ briefly around such basic concepts as ＂Tao＂ , ＂Tian＂ , ＂ Qi＂ etc. , pointing out its important role in the development of Pre - Qin Taoism. Focusing on the ＂Wuzheng theory＂ and the ways of governing vassals, it then sets forth the political ideal and the way of governing the country reflected in ＂He Guanzi＂. Finally, the paper makes a systematic study on the educational theory of ＂ He Guanzi＂ in terms of educational function, training target, educational content, educational approach, educational environment, learning methods, talents selection and evaluation, etc.
