国际创业研究日益聚焦创业机会识别与开发问题，关系网络作为企业国际化及国际创业理论的重要研究视角，一直受到国际商务学者的关注。基于关系网络视角，在系统梳理相关文献的基础上，通过对中小企业国际创业的跨案例分析，探析企业家个人社会关系网络与企业商业关系网络在创业企业国际市场机会识别与开发作用中的差异性及关联性，构建关系网络与企业国际创业机会识别与开发概念模型，对未来研究提出了相关建议。

In the domain of international entrepreneurship research ,the scholars attach increasing importance to exploration and exploitation of entrepreneurship opportunity ,as an important research perspective of enterprise internationalization and international entrepreneurship theory ,relationship network also has caught the attention of international business scholars .From the perspective of relationship network ,and on the basis of systematic review of the related literature ,through a multiple case study of SMEs＇;international entrepreneurship ,this paper explicates the difference and relationship between the role of the entrepreneur-ial social network and enterprise business network in the exploration and exploitation of international entrepreneurship ;constructs an international entrepreneurship opportunity exploration/exploitation model emanating from the relationship network configura-tion;and advances specific suggestions about future research of this paper in view of research shortcomings .
