新近出版的胡戟、荣新江主编《大唐西市博物馆藏墓志》一书中，公布了《大周故明威将军守右卫龙亭府折冲都尉陈府君墓志铭并序》墓志。这方出土于洛阳，现收藏于西安大唐西市博物馆的人唐百济人陈法子墓志的公诸于世，为学术界提供了人唐百济移民新的人物样本，弥足珍贵。特别是墓志涉及的几个百济灭亡前的地方行政地名以及百济的职官等问题，很值得探讨。本稿依据中外现存文献资料，探讨墓志涉及的陈法子入唐相关问题，墓志中的百济地方郡名等，并提出自己的看法。

In the newly published book titled Epitaphs Collected by Da Tang Xishi Museum （大唐西市博物馆藏墓志） which was edited by Hu Ji and Rong Xinjiang, the epitaph called ＂The late Da Zhou Ming Wei General Shou You Wei Long Ting Fu Zhe Chong Du -wei Chen Fu Jun Epitaph （大周故明威将军守右右卫龙亭府折冲都尉陈府君墓志铭并序）＂ has been revealed. This is th Fazi （陈法子） who came from Baekje. This epitaph was unearthed e epitaph of Tang Dynasty immigrant Chen in Luoyang and was collected by the Museum of Da Tang Xishi. The epitaph is very precious since it offers a new figure sample of Tang Baekje emigrant. Moreover, this epitaph involves several local placenames which were used also tells us something about Baekje officials system. The article explores some relative issues Fazi migrating into Tang Dynasty Dynasty＇s by Baekje and it concerning Chen Fazi migrating into Tang Dynasty.
